We will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in promotional activities, program content, and the treatment of program participants. Dr. Roberto Jimenez will monitor all our educational programs to ensure full compliance. R. Jimenez Counseling / Courses assure fair treatment for all of our clients. Our clients are to contact Dr. Roberto Jimenez if a problem arises and requires intervention or action from our end. The clients of the R. Jimenez Counseling /Courses will have direct access to Dr. Roberto Jimenez via private chat or email. The clients can send their written complaints to Dr. Roberto Jimenez via chat or or by calling 1-305-414.2199. Dr. Roberto Jimenez will
respond to the client who initiated the grievance within 24 hours and should resolve it within 72 hours or less. If the client is dissatisfied with the quality of the course, we will provide an alternative approach of equal length at no cost. A general summary of the class with their respective objectives and the course's tuition fee will be provided on our site. We will track all grievances for analysis and quality improvements.

When you enroll or purchase any of our online educational / training courses from RJimenez Courses or Counseling, you consent to our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Use and Refund Policy. At RJimenez Courses, we offer multiple self-paced courses, primarily online. We provided these courses via distance learning as well. We leave no stone unturned to provide fast, reliable extraordinary service guarantees to our respected clients. We ensure to have all clarity with our clients while they are enquiring or enrolling in any of our services or educational courses. The client will have access to the course material as soon as they purchase it. The course's introduction and main objectives are presented to the client before the course is purchased. We have no refund policy once the course is paid and confirmed. Refunds would not be entertained for the any on-going courses. None of the clients/customers will get 100% refund, enrolled for any of the courses or taken up any of the services. We are not liable to pay a refund if a delay or service disruption happens due to third-party involvement. RJimenez Courses can extend the access period for clients if requested. Last-time cancellation (within 24 hours of purchasing the course) of any enrollments can be considered, and we will work with the client to extend their access to the course, but a refund on that won't be entertained. Cancellation by client/customer due to illness or any personnel or professional reason will not be entitled for a refund once they purchased the course. RJimenez can consider a few circumstances, give a fair chance not to lose your hard-earned money, and offer alternate options to join other available on-going or new courses, only after our Management decision & approval. We will terminate the account without a refund for unprofessional behavior from a client with any of our staff. RJimenez reserves the absolute right to revise any courses or training program fees at any point in time without any prior notice to you. This Refund Policy is a part of and incorporated within the Terms of Use. As a condition of registering with RJimenez Courses for any training program or courses and self-paced learning programs or any services offered through this Website, you expressly accept that you have read and understood our Refund Policies and you accept to be bound by our terms and conditions. If you disagree with this Refund Policy or any part, your sole remedy is to close all the uses of Rjimenez Courses services and terminate your access or account.
