Dr. Jimenez has been proudly assisting couples in preparing for marriage since 1999. With a doctorate in education, a master's degree in marriage and family therapy, and a bachelor's degree in psychology.
Dr. Jimenez is a qualified and experienced marriage educator. Our premarital education program is based on Dr. Jimenez's credentials as a Registered Ordained Minister in good standing in Minnesota, making it a qualified program.
All individuals applying for a marriage license are strongly encouraged to participate in a pre-marital education course lasting at least 12 hours within a year before the license application date. The course discusses conflict resolution, effective communication, and vital elements for a thriving marriage.
During the course, we will cover several crucial aspects of marriage, including finances, marital roles, and parenthood. Furthermore, pre-marital education can enhance the communication skills of the couple.
