Many Emotional Support Animal owners carry identification cards as another form of documentation. Under the ADA, these items are not required. However these accessories are very popular and useful to clients. ID cards are used to distinguish ESAs from normal pets. These ID cards are not a substitute for a ESA prescription letter.

Steps to order your ESA or PSD ID card

1) Book an ESA ID card appointment online
2) Reserve a date and time on our calendar and we will start the order for you

4) The provider will initiate your order and will send you a confirmation email.
5) The turn around time for ID cards is between 7-10 business days.
